Our Staff are selected on merit of their skills, presentation and reliability - People who know what they're doing, who are able to conduct themselves professionally in a variety of situations.

All of our staff have either attained -or are working towards achieving a Food Handler's hygiene qualification recognised by the RIPHH. Lower grade staff are also supplied with basic uniforms. All our Chefs are trade tested to allow us to gain a better understanding of their abilities and skills.
